You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

SedonaAI provides agentic AI tools that discover, score, and help you engage potential partners. The Service is offered on an evolving basis and may currently be in a pre-launch, waitlist, or beta phase. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree to use the Service only for legitimate partner research, and not to:

• Use the Service for unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, harassment, or any unlawful outreach.
• Violate any applicable law, including data-protection, anti-spam, and intellectual-property laws.
• Attempt to access, scrape, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity or use the Service to infringe the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of this section.

You retain ownership of the partner-research and outreach data you enter (“Your Content”). Your Content is private to your account. You grant us a limited licence to host and process Your Content solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service.

The Service relies on third-party providers (such as Google Firebase and Google Analytics). Your use of the Service may also be subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results, or uninterrupted availability. AI-generated insights and partner scores are provided for guidance only and may be incomplete or inaccurate; you are responsible for your own decisions and outreach.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
